How we did it?
Solution Proposal:
Pragma initiated the project by defining the application flow and integrating it with third-party services. The proposed solution centered around:
- Broker-oriented user experience.
- Scalable solution architecture.
- Seamless integration processes with mortgage services.
- Fully traceability and notification through all the process phases to give crucial information to the brokers for the decision-making process.
- Data consolidation for metrics generation and reporting.

Execution:
The project execution involved a flexible framework, allowing the client to finalize design and process definitions during development with minimal impact on delivery times. The dedicated team included frontend and backend developers, a product owner/business analyst, a delivery manager, a solutions architect, a DevOps engineer, an integrations engineer leader, a scrum master/project manager, and an automation QA engineer.
Added Value:
Pragma's expertise in integrations, testing automation, development, architecture, DevOps, and methodology brought significant value. Bringing the Product Owner as a part of the Pragma Team allowed the team to add value faster because of the availability of the people in this role to communicate with the team members. Noteworthy aspects include SOA patterns, asynchronous communication, Cypress and Screenplay for testing automation, .Net and React for development, micro frontends architecture, everything as code (EaC), serverless containers, domain-driven design, Azure Cloud, pipeline as code, and security as code (SaC).
