The application aims to facilitate document approval tracking, be a workflow manager, and provide process and statistics monitoring. The challenge implied reducing the process lead time through automation and reducing the human error probability, which originated by managing the process activities manually.

The dedicated team included frontend and backend developers, a product owner/business analyst, a delivery manager, a solutions architect, a DevOps engineer, an integrations engineer leader, a scrum master/project manager, and an automation QA engineer.
