In Colombia, only 40% of high school graduates transition directly to higher education.
Economic limitations, educational gaps, and lack of information about scholarships and student loans often stand in the way. Additionally, tertiary education faces an annual dropout rate of 11%, driven by factors like financial hardships, insufficient psychosocial support, and academic challenges.
At Be the Change, we are committed to rewriting this story, making education a catalyst for social mobility and a path to a better future.

We partner with schools in Medellín, Cúcuta, and Puerto Venus to guide students through career counseling and preparation for Saber 11 exams, helping them map out their future paths.


Building the Ship

Through our Buena Compañía program, 145 mentors from Pragma and beyond provide personalized guidance, reducing dropout rates to just 4.6%.


Sailing the Ocean

We offer scholarships and ongoing support to help students navigate the final stages of their academic journey and transition into successful careers.
