What are we looking for:
We seek a highly motivated Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in Technology sales for banks and builders in the Financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, enabling long-term relationships with current customers, and driving revenue growth for the territory.
The role requires a growth mindset, a consultative approach, and the ability to sell an outsourcing service nationwide under a nearshore model.
You will get the chance to:

Acquire new accounts for Pragma US that are banks or builders within the financial industry.

Develop strong client relationships that lead to long-term contracts.

Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting activities.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
-
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
-
10+ years of experience in business development with a focus on service selling.

Proven track record in technology sales for banks and builders within the Financial sector.
-
Demonstrable experience building a client portfolio of outsourcing services.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, sales planning, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
-
Travel will be needed.
Compensation:
Annual base compensation for this role to be around $150,000. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, and market demands.
