At Pragma, we are looking for someone passionate about transforming the conversation between businesses and people. As a commercial director, you’ll be responsible for opening new markets and businesses in the nearshore outsourcing industry or staff augmentation industry in the state of Florida. Your goal will be to implement commercial strategies to meet the needs of our customers, as well as provide digital talent with the adequate attitude and knowledge to enable a successful digital transformation for our clients.If you think you are the right person for this job, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

  • Understand the needs of potential clients and competitors, identify opportunities for Pragma, design and coordinate the commercial strategy.
  • Offer high-performance teams that have the right attitude and knowledge which are committed and aligned with Pragma's strategy and with the goal of satisfying the final customer. 
  • It is essential to be familiar with all of our products and services in order to reach potential clients according to their sector (Financial or B2C) by offering highly qualified technical teams to implement solutions in a timely manner. 
  • Understand the commercial problems faced by our clients in order to reutilize integral technological solutions based on our products and services. 
  • Research the digital transformation strategy of potential clients while offering products and services in a timely manner that cater to their needs.
  • It is crucial to go beyond what the client requests. Asking the right questions can lead us to successful proposals so that, together, we can provide greater value to our clients and their final customers.


  • College degree with experience in business development in nearshore outsourcing, staff augmentation and digital talent services via agile and remote teams.  
  • Thorough knowledge of the financial sector or B2C business model.
  • Experience in establishing long term relationships with clients. 
  • Preferably you live in the State of Florida
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) or native English speaker.

3.  Get to know each other

  • You will receive a document introducing you to our corporate culture.

  • Then you will receive another email in which we will give you the instructions to write an essay that will let us know how you think we could grow together.


4. Interviews

  • You will have an interview with one of our HR specialist.

  • You will have a technical interview to approach the role you are applying for.

  • Depending on the profile, specific roles may have additional interviews with your team or managers.

5. Hiring

  • We will make you a salary offer. If you accept, we will conduct a family interview and medical examinations and finally sign the contract.
