Account Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with extensive experience in B2B technology services sales, outsourcing solutions, and financial services industry clients (banks, credit unions, and financial institutions).

This role is responsible for new client acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth for Pragma US. The ideal candidate will apply a consultative sales approach, identify client needs, and deliver custom technology and outsourcing solutions.

As a sales professional, you will play a critical role in market expansion, account development, and long-term contract generation within the U.S. financial services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and client acquisition within the financial services industry.
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term growth.
  • Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, senior leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver sales presentations, value propositions, and custom proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and account management teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using HubSpot CRM or similar tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within technology services or IT outsourcing.
  • Proven experience selling to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, or financial services organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in outsourcing services sales, solution selling, and enterprise deal management.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a hunter role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting.

Travel

Travel as needed throughout the United States, with occasional international travel to Pragma’s headquarters in Colombia.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including experience, qualifications, and business needs. Final details will be discussed during the interview process.

5. Contratación

  • Te haremos la oferta salarial y, si aceptas, te haremos una entrevista familiar, exámenes médicos y firma del contrato.
