Pre-Sales Solution Architec

What are we looking for:
We are looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales efforts. This role will involve designing and presenting technical solutions during pre-sales engagements (80% of the time) while providing technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams as needed (20%).
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a key role in understanding our clients' business needs and crafting technical solutions that align with their goals. This role combines active participation in defining and designing solutions with providing architectural guidance to ensure high-performance, scalable, and maintainable systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, databases, operations, and maintenance, to deliver robust and efficient solutions for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.

Understand clients needs to structure the best technical solutions that enable and meet their business objectives.

Lead technical discussions with potential clients to align their business needs with our capabilities.

Make decisions to ensure architectures meet performance, scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and robustness requirements.

Develop high-level solution designs, including architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and cost estimations.

Provide architectural guidance for developing solutions, including integration with services and microservices, business process automation (BPM, ODM, RPA), and hybrid environments.

Create Statements of Work (SOW) and support proposal development.

Provide technical insights during client calls and meetings, addressing complex questions and removing blockers.

Act as a technical liaison between sales and delivery teams, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to project execution.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of pre-sales processes.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution architect role, preferably in IT services or software development.

Strong expertise in AWS and Azure, with a solid foundation in .NET technologies.

Familiarity with designing cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-
Experience working with tools like HubSpot is a plus.
-
A strong understanding of the financial and retail industries is highly valued.
Required Technical Knowledge:

Experience with risk assessment and technical proposal writing.

Cloud architectures oriented to microservices (Azure and/or AWS ).
-
OWASP Top 10 Security Principles.
-
Integration principles and concepts.
-
Foundational knowledge of SPA Front Languages and Frameworks.
-
Foundational knowledge of Back-End Languages.
-
Architectural design principles for transactional solutions.

Foundational Knowledge of IaC
-
DevOps practices.
-
SQL and No-SQL databases.
Desired Technical Knowledge:

Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.

Backends for Frontends (BFF) and function segregation patterns.

Micro Front-End patterns.
