At Pragma we are looking for Salesforce consultants passionate about digital transformation and agility, with the ability to analyze and synthesize to solve complex problems and provide architectural guidelines that improve the user experience of our customers with the solution, who love to accompany the development of business and teams, improving the lives of people transforming companies.

You will be a crucial conduit between our customers' business needs and the technical solutions we provide. Your expertise in Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and best practices will play a pivotal role in shaping successful project outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from offshore locations while contributing to driving meaningful change through Salesforce implementations.

What challenges will you face?

• Collaborate with teams to understand and document the business requirements, user stories, processes, and objectives.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions by configuring and customizing the platform.

• Design and document solutions that leverage standard Salesforce functionality and features.
• Offering insights and recommendations on Salesforce best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore consultants, developers, and architects, to ensure cohesive project delivery.

• Develop training materials to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users to address questions and facilitate effective platform use.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and meet high-quality standards.
• Perform testing to validate the functionality and usability of configured solutions.Documentation
• Create detailed documentation, including functional requirements, solution designs, and user guides.

What are we looking for in you?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Conversational english
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities, objects, flows and configuration options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and virtual teams. 
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Cloud Consultant(s) are advantageous.
• Remote work experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
