At Pragma we are looking for Salesforce Architect /Team Lead passionate about digital transformation and agility, with analytical and synthesis skills to solve complex problems and give guidelines at the architecture level that improve the user experience of our customers with the solution, who loves to accompany the development of business and teams, improving the lives of people transforming companies. With initiative, creative, with systemic thinking and ability to communicate and understand customer needs. You must be a restless person who is constantly updated in the technologies you are in charge of.

What challenges will you face?

  • Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership to the nearshore Salesforce development team.
  • Define and implement best practices for Salesforce design, development, and integration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a nearshore team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure individual and team growth.
  • Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and project assignments to maximize team efficiency and project success.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement analysis and design to development and deployment.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to address any project-related challenges and risks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on solution design, data modeling, and integration strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of development workflows.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Conversational english
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect, leading and designing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading remote and nearshore development teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.

4. Entrevistas

  • Tendrás una entrevista con alguno de nuestros psicólogos.

  • Tendrás una entrevista técnica de acercamiento al rol que aspiras.

  • Es posible que ciertos roles tengan entrevistas adicionales con su equipo o los directivos, dependiendo del perfil. 

5. Contratación

  • Te haremos la oferta salarial y, si aceptas, te haremos una entrevista familiar, exámenes médicos y firma del contrato.
