We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Pragma. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role as the intermediary between our dedicated development team and our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the products we deliver meet and exceed customer expectations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally, guiding projects from ideation to delivering the final exceptional product.

Challenges You Will Face:

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision that is aligned with business objectives and meets customer expectations. 
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and shape the product effectively. 
• Collaborate with development and design teams to bring the product vision to life. 
• Facilitate seamless communication between our internal team and clients, fostering continuous feedback loops. 
• Skillfully balance customer expectations with the capacities and constraints of the development team. 
• Maintain effective communication with diverse stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment. 
• Translate complex customer requirements into detailed specifications for the development team. 
• Manage and adapt to changes in customer requirements at various stages of the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by skillfully navigating the entire product lifecycle.

Qualities We Seek in You:

• Over five years of proven experience in Product Manager roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Conversational English B2-C1 
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions to drive product development and optimization.
• Familiarity with principles of user-centered design.
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to positively influence and engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment with overarching product goals.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills enable efficient conveyance of the product vision and requirements to diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met to deliver high-quality products.
• Proficiency in identifying and proactively resolving issues to maintain a smooth workflow.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and adaptability to evolving environments, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Desirable Attributes We're Excited About:

While not required, it would be fantastic if you have:

• Experience collaborating with design teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing products.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant product management certifications.
• Certifications related to User Experience (UX), such as Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design.
• Prior experience working with international clients.
• In-depth experience within the industry, particularly in the Financial Sector.
